Ingatestone & District Camera Club (I&DCC) collects contact information from members, exhibition entrants, judges, guest speakers and people associated with the club and its running.

Membership Fees

Membership fees are reviewed and update on an annual basis. Fees are due before the commencement of the season’s activities.
The Membership fees for 2023/2024 season:
 Adults – £45 
 Associates – £20
 Juniors (under 18) – £10

Payment & Membership renewal

Before the commencement of the season, the previous season members will receive an email from the membership secretary detailing fees for the coming year and seeking membership renewal. This will detail what to do as regards payment and also what to do if membership is no longer required.

New Members

Enquiries for membership of the I&DCC should be made completing the “Contact Us” form on this website. This message will then be passed on to our membership secretary who will contact you via email to progress you membership so please ensure your email address is correct.

Junior Members

Following guidelines issued by the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain on The Protection of Vulnerable Individuals (the term ‘Vulnerable Individuals’ to cover Children & Young People under 18, and Adults with Learning Difficulties) the club requires that minimum attendance age shall be 14 years, and that minors aged 14, 15 and 16 years shall be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian, or a responsible adult appointed in writing (to be shown) by them. The said adults should agree to take responsibility before arrival and after departure as well as for the duration of the meeting.

It is accepted that the club does not include the taking or viewing of indecent images at its meetings or outings. However, given the blurred distinction between indecent and artistic nude photography, the Club officials will advise minors and their parents/guardians including those under 18 in the unlikely event that a planned meeting will not be suitable for them to attend.-
